Mike Pollzzie, Owner – PT, DPT, OMPT, CSCS
Mike graduated from Oakland University in 2001 with his Master of Physical Therapy degree. He continued his education by earning a graduate certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2004 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010 from OU. Mike is also a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Mike was active as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant in the physical therapy and OMPT programs at Oakland University for seven years. Mike’s exceptional understanding of biomechanics and manual therapy provides the critical link from therapy to performance. With his expertise in these areas, Mike develops and implements therapy regimens for athletes and adults/children living active lifestyles.

Erick Fountain, Owner – MPT, OMPT
Erick graduated from Oakland University in 1996 with a B.S. in Biology. He finished his B.A. in Health Sciences concurrently with his Master of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 1999. He also completed his OMPT certification from OU in 2004.

Erick worked for a large hospital system from 1999-08, and has managed one of their off site PT/OT clinics from 2005-2008. He has 18 years of experience working with nationally ranked and Division I athletes to rehabilitate their injuries and return them to sport at pre-injury level or higher. Erick has established several relationships with local orthopedic surgeons because of his advanced knowledge and skill in orthopedics. His primary areas of expertise are in orthopedics and sports physical therapy.  

Mark Cacko, Clinic Director Troy– MPT, OCS
Mark graduated from Oakland University in 2001 with his Master of Physical Therapy degree. He continued his education becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2004 by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Mark has worked in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic from 2001-2018, and served as director from 2015-2018. He is a contributing author for the 2nd and 3rd editions of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Secrets with chapters on Total Knee and Hip replacements. 

Daniel Venditti, Clinic Director Sterling Heights- PT, DPT

Daniel was born and raised in Macomb Township, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University’s Honor College with high honor in 2015. He continued with his education graduating from Oakland University’s Physical Therapy Program in 2019. While completing his DPT at Oakland University he worked as a graduate assistant for classes in the program. Daniel loves working with all different types of patient populations and takes great interest in orthopedics and sports physical therapy.

Mohamed Omar- PT, DPT

Moe grew up in Macomb Twp, MI and graduated from Dakota HS in 2012. He earned his undergraduate degree at Wayne State University in Kinesiology and graduated from The University of St Augustine in 2021 with his DPT. Moe is currently studying for his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification with an emphasis in manual therapy.

Kaitlyn Kennedy- PT, DPT, OMPT

Kaitlyn grew up in Shelby Township, MI and attended Eisenhower High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Grand Valley State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oakland University, where she also completed her post-doctoral certificate  in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the past five years and enjoys treating all ages and conditions with a special interest in post-surgical, TMJ, women’s health, geriatrics, and pediatric care. Outside of the clinic, Kaitlyn values spending time with her husband, Chris, their dog, Remington, and family and friends. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors at her family cottage in northern Michigan, wakeboarding, reading, and doing yoga.
