Mike Pollzzie, PT, DPT, OMPT, CSCS
Owner

Mike graduated from Oakland University in 2001 with a Master of Physical Therapy. He later earned a Graduate Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (2004) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (2010), both from Oakland University. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Mike served as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant in Oakland University’s Physical Therapy and OMPT programs for seven years. His expertise in biomechanics and manual therapy bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance, allowing him to design effective treatment plans for athletes and active individuals of all ages.

Erick Fountain, MPT, OMPT
Owner

Erick graduated from Oakland University in 1996 with a B.S. in Biology. He earned his B.A. in Health Sciences alongside his Master of Physical Therapy in 1999 and completed his Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) certification in 2004.

He worked within a large hospital system from 1999 to 2008, managing an off-site PT/OT clinic from 2005 to 2008. With 18 years of experience, Erick has helped nationally ranked and Division I athletes recover from injuries and return to sport at or above their pre-injury level. He has built strong relationships with local orthopedic surgeons and specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.

Mohamed Omar, PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Troy Location

Moe grew up in Macomb Township, Michigan, and graduated from Dakota High School in 2012. He earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Wayne State University and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2021.

Moe is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that blend hands-on therapy, targeted excercise, and education. Whether treating sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, or everyday movement limitations, he beleives that healing happens through partnership, trust, and consistent support.

Daniel Venditti, PT, DPT
Clinic Director, Sterling Heights Location

Daniel was born and raised in Macomb Township, Michigan. He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University’s Honors College in 2015 and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2019.

While at Oakland University, he worked as a graduate assistant within the physical therapy program. Daniel enjoys working with a wide range of patients and has a strong interest in orthopedics and sports physical therapy.

Mark Cacko, MPT, OCS

Mark graduated from Oakland University in 2001 with a Master of Physical Therapy. He became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2004 through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

He worked in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic from 2001 to 2018, serving as director from 2015 to 2018. Mark is also a contributing author to the 2nd and 3rd editions of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Secrets, with chapters on total knee and hip replacements

Chris Polyzois, PT, DPT

Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Wayne State University before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Oakland University.

His academic training emphasized orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and manual therapy. Chris works with a wide range of patients, focusing on helping individuals return to active, meaningful lifestyles. He takes a patient-centered approach, using manual therapy and individualized exercise programs to address movement dysfunction and support long-term recovery. Chris is passionate about educating and motivating his patients, believing physical therapy plays a key role in improving overall health and quality of life.
